Terms of Service
Updated October 25, 2026
These terms govern your use of dronephotoeditor. By creating an account or using this service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company or client, you agree on their behalf and confirm you are allowed to do so.
Using the service
Editing happens in your browser. Choosing a photo for editing does not upload it to us. Create and verify a free account before using the editor. Editing and watermarked previews are free; credits are required for clean full-resolution exports.
Please do not misuse the service. That includes opening or editing content you do not have the right to use, using unlawful content, trying to access other people’s accounts, getting around account-access limits, credit requirements, or watermarks, interfering with the service, or using automated tools to overload it.
Your photos and content
You keep ownership of your photos, logos, annotations, and project details. You confirm that you have the rights needed to open, edit, and use them, including permission to use any logos, brand marks, or client information you add.
Because editing happens on your device, we do not receive or store your photos, logos, or annotations. We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Annotations are not surveys
Pins, labels, property boundaries, and road highlights are visual illustrations. Boundaries and road highlights are drawn manually. Nearby-place pins may be suggested or positioned using mapped place data and your photo’s GPS and camera metadata. Automatic placements are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and adjust annotations before use.
Annotations are not legal surveys, plats, or verified measurements. Do not rely on them to determine property lines, acreage, or legal descriptions.
Accounts
Each account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for activity in your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing support.
Each account can be signed in to two browser profiles at a time. Multiple tabs in the same browser profile count as one place; a different browser profile counts as another place. To continue from a third place, choose an existing place to sign out. Replacing a place or signing out does not delete the work stored on that device, and signing in elsewhere does not sync photos or projects.
Saving your work
Work saved only in your browser can be cleared by you or your browser. Download project backups to keep important work. We are not responsible for local data lost from your browser or device.
Credit packs and payments
Every editing and branding tool is available to every account. Previews up to 2048 pixels carry a watermark and use no credits. Buy one-time credit packs for clean full-resolution exports, as described on the Pricing page. Credit-pack purchases do not create a subscription or recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not see or store your full card number.
- The credit quantity and total price are shown before you complete a purchase. You can buy another pack whenever you need more credits; nothing renews automatically.
- One credit unlocks clean full-resolution exports of one original photo. Re-exporting that same original photo uses no additional credits.
- Purchased credits never expire, have no cash value, and are used by the account that purchased them. Editing tools and watermarked previews remain available when credits run out.
- We may change prices for future credit-pack purchases. Completed purchases keep the credit quantity shown at checkout.
Refunds
Credit-pack purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused or partially used credits, except where required by law. Credits never expire. You can try every editing tool and download watermarked previews for free before purchasing. For billing errors, contact support@dronephotoeditor.com. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.
Other services we rely on
The service uses Cloudflare for hosting and account records, Supabase for sign-in, Resend for account emails, Stripe for payments, and Google if you choose Google sign-in. Address suggestions and nearby places use Photon and Overpass with OpenStreetMap data, plus open place data from Overture Maps and the U.S. Department of Education where covered. Their own terms may also apply when you use those features. See our Privacy page for what information they receive.
Changes and availability
We may update, add, or remove features, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. If we plan to shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will notify account holders of significant changes. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
